International Women's Day 2024
At Reitmans, we continuously strive to empower and celebrate women through year-round initiatives and donations to organizations that support women's causes. Inclusivity, authenticity and diversity are values that we hold dear, and we're proud to live by them every day.
98% of Reitmans' workforce is composed of creative, passionate, and powerful women, including 89% of our leadership roles. We think it's high time we honored them.
This year, for International Women's Day, we're shining the spotlight on 5 incredible women in our workforce by collaborating with our stylist in-residence Julianne Costigan and Portraits With Impact.
Portraits With Impact
We're proud to partner with Portraits With Impact and bring forward 5 inspirational women within Reitmans, from leadership roles to store-level.
Toronto-based stylist Julianne Costigan created Portraits With Impact in to 2021 empower women and forge a community of trail-blazing female leaders.
This event supports their stories, values and goals through a personal and professional development day, including styling sessions and personalized headshots.
