Ensure your item qualifies for return by mail

Before returning items by mail, these conditions must be met:

Purchases made online after October 11, 2024, are eligible for return until January 18, 2025, which is 30 days after the Canada Post strike ended on December 18, 2024.

Purchases made on or after December 18, 2024, will follow the standard 30-day return policy for eligible items.

Must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered with the price ticket(s) still attached.

The following items cannot be returned nor exchanged (some for hygienic reasons):

  • Face masks
  • Gift cards and gift receipts
  • Jewelry
  • Panties
  • Shapewear
  • Socks and hosiery (opened)
  • "Final Sale" items
