Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a “Ready For Pick Up” email letting you know it’s time to pick up your order from your selected store.

Damages, Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds If you don’t receive your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please let us know via email with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it for you.
