Canada Post operations have resumed; however, we are continuing to temporarily use Purolator for shipments while Canada Post clears delays in their network. Please note Purolator cannot deliver to PO Boxes or select remote and rural areas.
Mail-in returns with Canada Post have resumed, but processing times may be longer as backlogs are cleared. Refunds will be issued within 10 days of receiving your return.
Delays may occur across both Purolator and Canada Post networks due to heavy congestion and weather conditions, which may result in extended delivery times.
