You’ll be then asked to select a nearby store with available inventory to pick up your item. If your store of choice does not appear on the list, it is because the product is unavailable at that location. The closest stores carrying the product will appear instead. After checking out, you’ll receive an order confirmation email right away while we prepare your order. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a “Ready For Pick Up” email letting you know it’s time to pick up your order from your selected store.

In 2017, we made the switch from feather down to a completely synthetic option and we will never go back. Unlike goose or duck down, vegan insulation is cruelty-free and insulates even when wet. No fox, coyote, or wolf has been, or ever will be, implicated in the making of our outerwear’s synthetic fur trims. PLANET-FRIENDLY & TIMELESS We steer away from fast fashion and instead lean into producing timeless pieces that will last seasons to come. We planned to produce all of our collections using recycled fabric by 2022, and this goal has been accomplished(!). We will continue innovating positive change in sustainability. Alpine North will ship the Product(s) ordered by you to the address indicated in the Order Confirmation. Alpine North will gladly refund items within 30 days of purchase. Any return requests received after that deadline will be refused. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached. All packages come with a Prepaid Return Shipping Label. The purchase price excluding a Restocking Fee of $15 dollars will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets the conditions above. Please note it may take up to 7-10 business days to process refunds once the items are received.
